And uncertain smile
A shy embrace
But she’ll stay a while

She walks to school
Music blaring loudly
Her favourite tunes
She doesn’t care for cool
everything is overated

Bright chalk on the sidewalk
You share your dreams with the world
Washed away by the rain
Or was it your tears?

She’s falling down the rabbit hole
And there’s no getting out this time
The eyes are the window to the soul
And it’s nearly teatime
And shes falling

She says she’s fine
But we all know it’s just a lie
And she just crossed the line
But still we ask why?
why?
